Main Features and Advantages
U-shaped support, secure connection: The integrated U-shaped groove design at the top adapts to the dimensions of the main beam and ribs of the formwork, ensuring a secure fit and preventing formwork slippage or displacement. It also increases the contact area, ensuring even load distribution and preventing excessive localized stress that could damage the formwork.
Precise micro-adjustment, compensating for deviations: Utilizing a precision fine-thread structure, the adjustment accuracy reaches ±0.5mm, with an adjustment range of 30mm-150mm. This accurately compensates for support height deviations, ensuring the levelness and verticality of the formwork, significantly improving concrete pouring accuracy and reducing rework later.
Strong load-bearing capacity, safe and reliable: Manufactured from Q235/Q345 high-strength carbon steel, the U-shaped support is integrally formed through stamping and forging, exhibiting outstanding compressive and deformation resistance. A single support can bear a load of 80kN-120kN, stably supporting the formwork and concrete loads, eliminating the risk of breakage and deformation.
Compatible and versatile, widely adaptable: Employing a standardized interface design, it can seamlessly connect to various support components such as steel supports and disc-lock scaffolding uprights. It is also compatible with industry-standard formwork systems, requiring no additional adaptation or modification, and is suitable for various pouring scenarios such as planar formwork and wall formwork.
