On arrival, the Tanzanian guests were received by our management and technical team. Following the factory's safety rules, all visitors wore protective helmets before entering the workshop area. At the entrance, the guests passed our safety management boards, which cover risk identification, hazard reporting and standardized safety production practices.

Workshop Tour: From Steel Plate to Finished Formwork

During the tour, our team guided the clients through the heavy-duty fabrication workshop, where custom steel formwork and large steel structures were in production. The guests examined the following in detail:

• Welded steel formwork panels with reinforced ribs and stiffeners
• Large box-type steel structures with precisely drilled connection holes
• Weld seam quality, plate flatness and overall dimensional accuracy
• Overhead crane operations and the standardized production layout

The clients paid close attention to structural details, climbed up to check key joints and took photos and notes to record the process. Our engineers answered their technical questions on the spot, covering material selection, welding procedures and assembly methods.
