Precise Curves, High-Quality Forming: Precision rolling using a CNC plate rolling machine ensures a curvature error of ≤0.5mm. Combined with precise splicing technology, the formwork joints are tight and seamless. After pouring, the column surface is smooth and rounded, without misalignments or honeycomb pitting, achieving a fair-faced concrete effect directly without secondary grinding, significantly reducing later repair work.
Modular Splicing, Flexible Adaptability: Utilizing an arc-shaped modular design, it can be flexibly combined and spliced according to the column diameter (300mm-2000mm, customizable), eliminating the need for on-site cutting. It adapts to the construction of columns of different specifications. The modular structure also facilitates transportation, disassembly, and reuse, reducing rental and construction costs.
Easy Demolding, Outstanding Efficiency: Employing a scientifically designed draft angle and a specialized release agent, along with a polished formwork surface, it minimizes demolding resistance, allowing workers to quickly complete the demolding operation. Compared to traditional wooden column formwork, demolding efficiency is increased by over 60%, shortening the construction cycle.
Robust and durable with high load-bearing capacity: Constructed from Q235B/Q345B high-strength carbon steel, with thickened panels (5mm-8mm) and reinforced with ring ribs and longitudinal reinforcing ribs, it boasts outstanding lateral pressure resistance and can withstand the radial pressure during concrete pouring. It is not easily deformed or bulged, ensuring the precision of column forming.
Corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant with high reusability: The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating, providing comprehensive protection against corrosion from harsh environments such as construction dampness and outdoor rain.
